My Inlaws Hope and Dave gave me a fryer for my birthday, i can't wait to use it! i also got some great presents from greg for my birthday. He came home with flowers and a cake and a bag FULL of goodies for me. That included a dock station for my iphone to listen to my music, a case of rockstars, candy, movies and a bunch of other girlie stuff. Then he treated me out to dinner to Rio Mirage, and to top the night off, we ended with cake. It was great! i enjoyed my birthday so much! even when i had to work, my coworkers put together a funny birthday card for me and they all signed it and was there for me when i opened the salon. They are all so thoughtful and awesome! i just love them!
Other than my birthday this month, we had our 2 year wedding anniversary back on the 7th. greg planned the whole thing, he is the sweetest best husband i could ever ask for. Greg made reservations to Mortons of Chicago Steakhouse in Phoenix, it was more on the expensive side then what i would have picked, but greg wanted to make sure we had a wonderful anniversary. I felt like we were treated like roalty there. because it was our anniversary, the manager took a picture of us at our table and put it in a Mortons picture holder and had all the servers sign it for us. Also, they customized our menus for us saying "happy Anniversary" with the date on it.
They also, gave us a dersert on the house with Happy Anniversary spelled out around the plate with chocolate, plus they gave us 10% off our bill. It was such a romantic evening and set up, we were able to talk and enjoy eachothers company without the loud chatter of a packed place.
i just have been so busy at work. I feel like at times i live there! but i'm loving it, other than massage, i don't think i have enjoyed a job so much. The people i work with make it that much more better, and the owners are the best people anyone could work for. I feel very blessed to work for them and be apart of they're sales team.
Also, i have added some really great furniture additions to our house, thanks to another craiglist find. I found two microfiber oversized chairs including an ottoman for $130.00, they are like new and were rarely used. Also, i found on craigslist barstools for $20.00 for all three of them! they fit perfect at our breakfast bar. I have offically one of our spare bedrooms set up with a queen airmattress set up and everything. It looks great i think, our house seems to be coming along pretty good.
