Busy, Busy Day

So today was a great, busy day. We went to our bank and met with Mary Shane who is pre-qualifying us for a home loan. It went well, even though we still have a little hang ups of getting a couple of things to her. She said she still have figures to work with and our credit is great! So as far as i know of now, she said that we can qualify for much higher than 150,000 even though we are looking for houses anywhere between 100,000 to 120,000. She said that it would be best to qualify for as much as we can comfortably do just in case we find a home that we fall in love with that's more than say 120,00o, then we wouldn't have to do the qualifying over again. 

The hose we are going to go check out tomorrow is going for 109,000 and Mary did our figures for that for us and with interest, tax, and insurance our mortgage a month would be 800.00 and some odd dollars. Doesn't that Mortgage payment sound great? It sure does to me. 

The Surprise area is a great housing market for a growing area. there are plenty of really nice new homes going for cheap like the one i have posted below. So it's pretty realistic to get a really nice house for under 120,000 because i really like a low mortgage payment. 

So any who, that went well. And then we had to do some running around and stop by Greg's office. I took these photos because i thought it was so funny to see him in his cubicle. As you can see where i have pointed out, greg has a cute picture of me and Odis to the right, and to the left you have me again, and then..........you see Dwight from "the office". lol....

                                                

And then i noticed Greg's award of Excellence! How cute, my hard working hubby has an award. I love it!

                                                 

So when greg was finally done at the office, we ended our very busy day treating ourselves to CHINOBANDIDO'S! This place is sooooooooooo..............GOOD!
