Choosing paint colors

For the past two months since we had put a contract on the house, i've been thinking of how i want to paint the interior of the house. From previous pictures i posted of the house i think you all know why i want to make some changes. There isn't a whole lot of painting i want to do, i'm going to keep most of the neutral color throughout the house accept for the kitchen, livingroom, and both the bathrooms. I made up some designs off of paint, it isn't to scale or anything and the color i did the best to match on paint. so here they are, They aren't the best looking but at least you all have an idea of what im talking about.


This is the familyroom, i plan to only paint this one wall either "Spanish Hallow", or "Orange Copper"


This is the dinning area in the kitchen, i plan on painting the one wall "Cranberry Zing Red"


This is the kitchen nook that's in the kitchen and i'm also painting this one wall "cranberry zing Red"


THis is the main kitchen area with the Island and it's going to be painted the same "Cranberry zing Red"


These last two picks are two views of the bathroom I want to paint the walls "Secret Garden Green" and i want to re-stain the sink cupboards a darker color too.




As far as our current status of the house is, we just signed our loan papers with our lender. It's all going through the underwriter right now, and then we should be going to the title company to sign the loan papers again. We are still working on getting the sellers to pay more of the closing costs since they didn't do a "short sale Adendum" with our contract. So supposedly they are liable to abide by our contract the sellers agreed on. The bank has been pushing for us to close a little early than Feb. 26th instead they are trying for Feb. 16th. Which i think might be fine for us just as long as we still don't have our first mortgage until April 1st. Other than that, things are going okay. I'm STILL looking for a job, it sucks.
